P4r Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Rules
This page sets out the full Terms & Conditions for using the p4r platform. Please read them carefully before accessing the platform or creating an account.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or creating an account on p4r, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and shall be interpreted within Bangladesh's legal framework. p4r reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any such changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
- These Terms apply only to users who are 18 years of age or older.
- Each user may register one account only.
- The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When creating an account on p4r, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and personal information. Accounts created using false or third-party details will be terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.
- Sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately.
- P4r may request identity verification documents at any time to verify your account.
- Using another person's funds or third-party payments in your account is not permitted.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The p4r platform may be used for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraudulent or unlawful means.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transaction.
- Harassing or disrespecting other users or p4r staff.
- Playing or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of deposited funds, without prior notice.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on p4r are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours to process.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus or promotional funds can be withdrawn.
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, p4r reserves the right to place a hold on the transaction pending further verification.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
Limitation of Liability
The p4r platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. p4r is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, internet disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. However, p4r reserves the right to recover any funds credited to a user's account as a result of a technical error.
Intellectual Property
The p4r logo, brand name, designs, software, and all content are the exclusive intellectual property of p4r. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
P4r is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party services or links that may appear on the platform. Users access such links at their own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Updates & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
P4r may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Upon evidence of a serious breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
- For failing to respond to an identity verification request or providing false information.
- Upon direction from a legal authority or court order.
- Upon the user's own request to close their account.
Prior to account closure, we will attempt to return any legitimate available balance (excluding bonuses); however, funds may be held temporarily while an investigation is ongoing.
Terms Update Policy
P4r reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. For any questions or complaints regarding these Terms or the p4r platform, please contact the Help Center.
